Scrumbtiouscookies will never sell or utilize buyers' information for any purpose other than to verify shipping and contact information, along with payment on a per order basis. We will not keep a record of credit card numbers, only the transaction amounts and buyer information relevant for purchase history and promotional sales as they come up. We do not have a newsletter, nor will we send unsolicited emails once their purchase has been completed.
Returns & Refunds
Scrumbtiouscookies will not accept any returns of cookies. In the instance of delivery failure, lost or damaged packages on the part of the shipper, any requests for refunds will be determined on a case by case basis, subject to evidence and detail accuracy from the prospective refund recipient.
